சமீபத்திய அறிவிப்பில், ஜார்க்கண்ட் பப்ளிக் சர்வீஸ் கமிஷன் (ஜேபிஎஸ்சி) சிவில் நீதிபதிகள் ஆட்சேர்ப்புக்கான விண்ணப்பங்களைத் திறந்துள்ளது. JPSC ஆட்சேர்ப்பு 2023 என அழைக்கப்படும் இந்த ஆட்சேர்ப்பு இயக்கம், ஜார்கண்ட் நீதித்துறை சேவையின் கீழ் 100 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பணியிடங்களை நிரப்புவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. ஆர்வமுள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் jpsc.gov.in என்ற அதிகாரப்பூர்வ இணையதளத்திற்குச் சென்று இந்தப் பணியிடங்களுக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். இந்த ஆட்சேர்ப்பு இயக்ககத்திற்கான விண்ணப்ப சாளரம் ஆகஸ்ட் 21 முதல் செப்டம்பர் 21 வரை திறந்திருக்கும்.

JPSC வழங்கிய காலியிட விவரங்களின்படி, மொத்தம் 138 சிவில் நீதிபதி (ஜூனியர் பிரிவு) பணியிடங்கள் இந்த இயக்ககத்தின் மூலம் நிரப்பப்படும். இந்தப் பணியிடங்களில் பொதுப் பிரிவினருக்கு 60 இடங்களும், பழங்குடியினருக்கு 28 இடங்களும், தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினருக்கு 12 இடங்களும், பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினருக்கு 10 இடங்களும், மிகவும் பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினருக்கு 15 இடங்களும், பொருளாதாரத்தில் நலிந்த பிரிவினருக்கு 13 இடங்களும் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

இந்த பதவிகளுக்கு தகுதி பெற, விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட வாரியம்/பல்கலைக்கழகத்திலிருந்து சட்டத்தில் முதுகலைப் பட்டம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். கூடுதலாக, விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் வழக்கறிஞர்களாக பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.

விண்ணப்பிக்கும் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் 22 முதல் 35 வயதுக்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று குறிப்பிடும் வயதுத் தேவையையும் பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

சிவில் நீதிபதி பதவிகளுக்கான தேர்வு செயல்முறை முதற்கட்டத் தேர்வு, முதன்மைத் தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்காணல் ஆகியவற்றைக் கொண்டிருக்கும்.

இந்த ஆட்சேர்ப்புக்கு விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். பொதுப் பிரிவினர், பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினர், மிகவும் பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினர் மற்றும் பொருளாதாரத்தில் பின்தங்கிய பிரிவினர் விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணமாக ரூ.600 செலுத்த வேண்டும்மறுபுறம், பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட பழங்குடியினர் மற்றும் தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட சாதிகளைச் சேர்ந்த வேட்பாளர்கள் விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணமாக ரூ.150 செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

Apply for Recruitment to the Post of Civil Judge from This Day

In a recent announcement, the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has opened up applications for the recruitment of civil judges. This recruitment drive, known as JPSC Recruitment 2023, aims to fill more than 100 posts under the Jharkhand Judicial Service. Interested candidates can apply for these positions by visiting the official website jpsc.gov.in. The application window for this recruitment drive is open from 21 August to 21 September.

According to the vacancy details provided by the JPSC, a total of 138 Civil Judge (Junior Division) positions will be filled through this drive. Out of these vacancies, 60 posts have been allocated for the general category, 28 for scheduled tribes, 12 for scheduled castes, 10 for the backward class, 15 for extremely backward class, and 13 for economically weaker sections.

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must hold a graduate degree in Law from a recognized Board/University. Additionally, applicants must be enrolled as advocates.

Applying candidates should also meet the age requirement, which states that they should be between 22 and 35 years old.

The selection process for the civil judge positions will consist of a preliminary examination, main examination, and interview.

Applicants will be required to pay an application fee for this recruitment. Candidates belonging to the general category, backward class, extremely backward class, and economically weaker sections will need to pay an application fee of Rs 600. On the other hand, candidates belonging to scheduled tribes and scheduled castes will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 150.
